Start with one complete course for $4,500, with no commitment to more. If you then commit to three more courses, each costs $4,500. We confirm eligibility with you before any work begins.

Then your institution licenses our step-by-step guides, AI instructions, templates and quality checklists, so your team can develop the next ones.

We develop your first course together. Your team works through each step of our process with us, from the course plan to the teaching materials. We train your team and set up the process for your institution along the way.
Your team takes it from there. Your team develops later courses under an annual license, with our support and updates.
Each In-house quote has two parts: a one-time fee for setup, training and your first course, then a yearly license. Your institution provides the team, its AI accounts and the course materials.

Do we have to commit to three courses?
Our published rates apply when your institution commits to three or more named courses, with delivery scheduled within 12 months. The courses can be different types. For one or two courses, we’ll work out the price with you. If your institution qualifies for Access, you can start with one complete course for $4,500.
Why use Curriculus if we already use ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot?
You can use those tools to develop course materials. Someone still needs to organize the readings, connect the lessons to the course objectives, check the drafts and manage revisions across the course. With Curriculus, we manage that work with you and deliver the materials in your agreed scope. You keep the academic decisions without having to build and maintain the AI workflow. If your institution wants to develop that capability in-house, that can be a worthwhile investment too. Curriculus In-house can help your team build it.
What do we receive?
You receive draft and completed versions of the course overview and lesson guides. The Complete course package also includes assessments and teaching decks. You can request the working records we develop for your course, including reading analyses and the source map.
Does a course we already teach count as a rebuild?
It does when you can share usable outcomes, a course sequence and course materials we can open and work from, so we can preserve meaningful design work. Having taught the course before doesn’t qualify it on its own. We confirm each course’s type with you before you commit.
Which package should we choose?
Choose the Complete course package if you want us to develop assessments and teaching decks along with the lessons. Choose Overview + lesson guides if your faculty already have assessments and teaching decks they want to keep.
How does the By enrollment option work?
Your institution pays for each 12-month period it chooses to use a course. The year-one charge is the greater of the annual minimum or the per-student calculation, up to that course’s maximum total cost. For a complete new course, the $5,500 minimum includes up to 550 students. Above 550, each additional student adds $10, without exceeding the $8,900 total. Renewal is optional. Before a new class uses the materials, your institution must renew or pay the remaining balance.
Will we keep paying every year?
Not forever. One-time courses are paid once. With By enrollment, your institution pays for each 12-month period it uses a course until its payments reach that course’s maximum total cost. After that, it can keep teaching with the agreed materials without further enrollment charges. Renewal is optional, and your institution pays Curriculus, not individual students.
Can we reuse and adapt the materials?
Yes. A one-time purchase gives your institution permanent rights to teach with and adapt the agreed materials internally, subject to the rights in any source materials. You receive the same rights when By enrollment payments reach that course’s maximum total cost. We quote later requested revisions separately.
What if we need changes?
Your agreed scope includes two consolidated rounds of revisions. We correct anything that falls short of that scope at no charge, and we quote later changes separately.
