Commonly Asked Questions

Answers to what matters most when choosing your tier.

How do I know which tier is right for me?

If your faculty will write their own lessons and you need the structural foundation built right, Blueprint gives you a validated course architecture to build on. If you need production-ready lesson content your instructors can teach from on day one, Builder delivers a complete set of lesson plans for every week of the course. If you want a full course package with assessments and presentation materials included, Complete gets you there.

Can I start with Blueprint and upgrade later?

Yes. Blueprint deliverables feed directly into Builder and Complete. If you start with Blueprint and decide you want full lesson development, you pay the difference between tiers, not the full price again.

Do you offer multi-course or department rates?

Yes. Discounts are available starting at three courses. Get in touch and we'll put together pricing based on your department's scope.

What if I don't have readings or a full syllabus yet?

We can work from a concept brief and help source readings. We can also redesign an existing course or update a course we previously built. Each of these situations has different scope, so contact us and we'll provide simple, transparent pricing based on your specific needs.

Do you offer annual course maintenance?

Yes. For a small annual fee, we offer a yearly content review to keep your course current: updated references, revised links, minor content adjustments, updated material recommendations. No full rebuild required. Pricing depends on course size and scope. Contact us to learn more.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Your assigned readings (or a list of them), a course concept or existing syllabus, and availability for two short conversations where we confirm the course design and curriculum structure together. Most instructors spend less than two hours total on their end.

How long until I have something I can really use?

First draft in about 72 hours. Full courses are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Traditional course development typically takes three to six months. Our methodology compresses that timeline without cutting corners on pedagogical quality.

Who owns the finished materials?

You do. We don't complicate your world with licensing restrictions, platform lock-in, or revenue share. The deliverables are yours to use, modify, and distribute as your institution needs. Our only limit is that you cannot resell the material we provide you to other organizations.

What format do deliverables come in?

Structured markdown documents, PowerPoint slide decks, and formatted assessment files. No proprietary software required. Everything imports into Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle, or any LMS your institution uses.

Do you integrate with Canvas or other LMS platforms?

No, we do not. Most institutions already have instructional technology staff who handle LMS setup. We focus on the part that takes the most time and expertise: designing and building the course content itself.
